I have absolutely fallen in love with Moscow Mules. If you are not familiar, take vodka, lime, and ginger beer and enjoy! Traditionally enjoyed in a copper mug, this refreshing cocktail can vary greatly depending on the type of ginger beer  (my favorite is Fever Tree) and ‘garnishes’. I like to play around with mint, or angostura bitters (at different times).
