Situated between 17th and 18th and Mission and Valencia Streets, Clarion Alley is a thriving hotspot for city artists. The Mural Project is an artist collective formed in 1992, and protects this area from prosecution. It is a beautiful, constantly changing center of street art in San Francisco.
