Utensil. How many utensils do you use each day? How many of them have very specific purposes? This theme has such a broad spectrum. I decided to photograph the king of utensils in the restaurant industry, the mighty Hobart. Think of a Kitchenaid’s big, indestructible older brother. This utensil is a workhorse.
